LaJolie Ageless Aesthetics is an Exeter, NH-based med spa providing the most advanced minimally and non-invasive cosmetic procedures, micro-treatments, and wellness boosts. Our goal: Preventing, restoring, and enhancing your natural beauty.
Yet the first and most important thing we do when you walk through our doors is listen.
Co-founders Kristyn Carvalho, RN, and Julie Graham, PA-C, know all too well the feeling of being dismissed and pushed toward treatments that don’t align with their aesthetic goals. They understand how it feels when what you see on the outside doesn’t match how you feel inside. It’s about more than a few wrinkles, extra pounds, loose skin, or turning back time. You simply want your inner perception of yourself to be reflected in the mirror or photos.
As former emergency department colleagues, Julie and Kristyn already knew they could get through anything together. When they took courses on cosmetic injectables, it launched them on a new journey in the medical aesthetics world. Fast-forward a couple of years, and they decided to go all-in on their own med spa.
Now, Kristyn, Julie, and the entire LaJolie team are living their vision of providing a compassionate, comprehensive approach to your wellness and aesthetics. There are many paths to reaching your goals, and we’re here to enlighten and support you along the way.
MEET TEAM LAJOLIE
CO-FOUNDER
Julie is a physician assistant with over 20 years of experience in emergency medicine. She has been working in medical aesthetics for ten years. Julie completed her B.S. at the University of Vermont, M.S. at Cornell University, and M.S. in Physician Assistant Studies at Notre Dame College.
When she’s not helping people look and feel their best, Julie is an avid photographer who travels around the world documenting her experiences. She spends her free time at Great Bay Strength and with her two daughters and two pups.
Julie Graham, PA-C
CO-FOUNDER
Kristyn is an emergency department nurse and a graduate of UNH. While she loved the fast-paced ER environment and helping people, her priorities shifted when she had her first son. Struggling to find a cosmetics injector who would listen to her personal aesthetic goals piqued Kristyn’s interest in medical aesthetics, and she became a lover of all things injectable!
Outside the med spa, Kristyn is a mom of four littles and a marathon runner. She takes pride in helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals in the most natural way possible.
Kristyn Carvalho, RN
Carrie Coffin, RN
Carrie has been an acute care registered nurse for 14 years, and she has an M.S. in Nursing. She currently works as a nursing supervisor at Wentworth Douglass Hospital and is excited to be part of the world of aesthetics. During her free time, Carrie enjoys gardening, going to the beach, spending time with friends and family, and traveling the world. She is passionate about helping her clients achieve a natural, refreshed, glowing look!
Katie Mottola, RN, MSN
As a seasoned nurse of 16 years, the majority of Katie’s career was spent at Wentworth Douglass Hospital in the Cardiac and Emergency Department. She is now working as a high school nurse, and she’s excited to have joined the team at LaJolie! Katie loves spending time with her family and friends, eating yummy food, and beaching it as much as possible!
Sam Graham, Aesthetician
Sam graduated from the Institute of Skin Science in 2020. She spent a year studying color theory and brow mapping and is eager to bring her skills to LaJolie. Sam loves anything pretty and, in her spare time, dabbles in interior design, fashion, and jewelry. She also loves music and art and follows in her mom’s footsteps with her love for travel and photography.
Madison Carvalho, Office Manager
Madison is a nursing student planning to specialize in labor and delivery with a side of aesthetics. She was born and raised on the Seacoast, where she currently lives with her husband and two cats. In her free time, Madison loves to surf, paddle board, and spend every second in the sun by the ocean (while wearing lots of sunscreen, of course)!
Lexie Noveletsy, Aesthetician
Lexie is a licensed aesthetician who specializes in corrective skincare. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Southern New Hampshire University and completed her aesthetics training at the Institute of Skin Science in New Hampshire. Lexie’s expertise includes a variety of advanced treatments, such as IPL, laser hair removal, cosmetic teeth whitening, and specialized skincare therapies from leading brands like PCA Skin, Skinceuticals, and DMK Enzyme Therapy.
With a true passion for her craft and a calm, approachable style, Lexie is committed to delivering high-quality, comfortable services tailored to each client. Her mission is to ensure every LaJolie client leaves not just satisfied but glowing with confidence.
Outside of work, Lexie enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and dogs, and embracing her love for boating, beach days, and winter adventures.
Gabby Martinez, Aesthetician
Gabby is a licensed aesthetician in both Maine and New Hampshire. She brings a passion for all things skincare and takes pride in delivering results that leave her clients glowing. Gabby loves spending time with her family and traveling around the world, especially to Nicaragua to visit her Dad and other family.

AMPNH
Our Co-founder Julie is a board member of the Aesthetic Medical Providers of New Hampshire (AMPNH). This nonprofit provides independent medical aesthetic providers with advocacy, events, and educational resources. LEARN MORE

We donate to and participate in HAVEN fundraisers regularly in their fight to end domestic and sexual violence. Based in Portsmouth, HAVEN offers a range of resources, including a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, and housing assistance. LEARN MORE
MY BREAST CARE SUPPORT
LaJolie donates to My Breast Cancer Support’s annual fundraiser to help them continue providing financial and emotional support to braest cancer patients and their families throughout the NH Seacoast and Southern Maine. LEARN MORE
Additionally, we donate time, money, and resources both as a team and individually, supporting local youth sports teams, food pantries and others fighting hunger/food scarcity, and give to nonprofits focused on breast cancer assistance and research—just to name a few! Kristyn and Julie love learning about new causes they can give back to from friends, colleagues, and clients.
